Attendance & Participation

• Classes are held by prior registration.
• If a child cannot attend a class, please notify us in advance.

Payments

• Payment is made in advance according to the selected package or individual class.
• We accept electronic payments via PayPal and Zelle, as well as cash or check.
• Paid classes are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled by prior arrangement.

Cancellations & Make-Up Classes

• In the event of a studio cancellation, families will be offered a make-up class or class credit.
• The studio may also issue a Gift Certificate, which can be used toward a future class at any convenient time.
• Classes missed by students for personal reasons may be made up by attending a class on another day, subject to prior arrangement.

Age Groups

• The studio works with mixed-age groups.
• Activities are adapted to each child’s age, skills, and developmental level.

Materials & Artwork

• All necessary art materials are provided by the studio.
• Completed artwork is taken home by the children, while unfinished pieces are kept at the studio until they are completed.

Photo & Video Policy

• From time to time, we may take photos or short videos during classes to share the creative atmosphere of our studio on our website or social media.
• Children’s privacy is very important to us, and we never share names or personal information without parental permission.
• If you prefer that your child not be included in photos or videos, please let us know during registration — we will always respect your choice.

Important Registration Notice

Before participating in classes, a liability waiver is required for each child.
The waiver will be provided before the first class and must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
This is a standard requirement of the facility where classes are held.
